RETURN TO STOCK PLANS

• General contractor (usually 3 or more sets
• Mortgage lender (usually one set for a conventional loan, three sets for FHA or VA loans)
• Plumber
• Heating/ventilation contractor
• Building permit department (often requires two sets)
• Interior designer
• Landscape designer
• One or more sets for yourself

Remember that it is illegal to copy sets of our Plans.

Planning Sets

One planning set is all you need to review the plan in greater detail, and for initial estimating. They are marked “Not for Construction”.

Under federal copyright, the planning set cannot be used for permitting and cannot be copied.
